Join me in my virtual studio to balance your body, your mind and harmonize your energy. Restore and rehydrate your body in Yin/Restorative yoga, intelligently build core strength in Gentle Core Functional Movement, and move deeply into all aspects of this ancient yogic tradition with a Hatha practice.

My classes are holistic. This means there’s never one way to explore ourselves. Every breath, movement, or stillness creates an opportunity to reveal the layers of emotions and sensations that we can safely meet and greet when one is ready. Always at our own time. At your own time.


Virtual Classes


Virtual classes are on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. All levels are welcome. You keep the recordings to support your practice after the live classes.

Single Class or 10 Class Passes that never expire to accomodate your schedule


We will get into the nitty gritty of breathing as well as experiential anatomy. Various pranayama or breath work will be offered, prana in sanskrit means life force, we will explore which of these breathing techniques will benefit our unique constitution (doshas), and our ever changing moods. Learning these tools can lead us to deeper understanding of ourselves and is an entrance to meditation.

I believe that yoga is for everyone.

However, it is up to the individual to assess whether they are ready for the class that they have chosen. If you suffer from specific injuries or disease it is best to consult with your physician first. Similarly if you are pregnant, follow the recommended prenatal practice only.

The practice of yoga asanas requires you – the practitioner – to gauge the safety of your practice within your personal physical limitations. It is better to build up slowly than to force and strain. Whilst one may feel exertion one should also feel relaxed.
