Summer Pampering Workshops 

We’re excited to be active and out in this season, cycling, gardening, pure enjoyment of being out! Our body however, can easily become imbalanced with the constant outward activities showing up as tension, body aches, even anxiety and pain.

Pause… using massage therapy balls in accupressure points and meridian lines, we will roll our way to soothe and release the entire body and rest our nervous system in restorative postures.

Expect to tone your core softly in the first half of the workshop and be completely relaxed by the end of our time together. Optional reiki added to enhance relaxation.

A Workshop for Beginners and Keen Practitioners

This workshop is FREE for everyone! Bring a friend!*

Setting a solid foundation for your yoga practice ensures a sustainable and rewarding journey. During this workshop, we’ll explore the purpose, position, and action of common poses so that you can be confidently “in the know” in your practice. Beginners and seasoned practitioners alike will learn techniques for maximizing their mobility, strength and functionality. A warm and welcoming environment for learning and growth!

This workshop will be taught in English and Chinese.

Ball Rolling Monday

Let’s roll!  Using pliable massage balls, we  learn specific techniques to release the body of tension in a physical and emotional level working to harmonize the nervous system.

10 weeks session at $150 10:00am-11:15am

Living Yoga Spring Offerings


I hope you’re taking a deep breath and savouring the gift of fresh Spring air! Spring means new beginnings, I’m excited to share a consistent Tue/Thur Yin class and the addition of Ayurveda Self Care/ball rolling class in April.

Yin: I teach a meditative, slow-paced practice that uses long, deep holds to get into those hard to reach fascial webbings or connective tissues. My classes offer lots of references to the Chinese meridian system. I use lots of props to support the body to fully release into seated and reclining postures. My aim by the end of class is to bring your body and mind into homeostasis. All levels welcome.

Ayurveda Ball Rolling Series: Ayurveda is an ancient Indian holistic healing system that lead you to balance. Explore deeply through carefully crafted Spring yoga routines consisting yin and yang postures to connect in harmony. Pranayama (breath work), meditation, yoga asana (postures) and ball rolling release will be incorporated in these unique 6 weeks sessions. Ayurvedic lifestyle techniques will be introduced to enhance your self care home practice.
