A slow active practice to enhance muscle strength and flexibility. Expect to wake up and connect to your body, mind, and start the day with intention. From 10:00am to 10:30am, Pacific Time.
Sunday Gentle Core Functional Movement / Live Virtual Class & Recording
Harmonize the core with movements to stabilize and hydrate your joints in much needed areas of the body to hold yourself vibrantly everywhere you go. From 10:00am to 10:30am, Pacific Time.

Breath & Meditation Workshop Series
We will get into the nitty gritty of breathing as well as experiential anatomy. Various pranayama or breath work will be offered, prana in sanskrit means life force, we will explore which of these breathing techniques will benefit our unique constitution (doshas), and our ever changing moods. Learning these tools can lead us to deeper understanding of ourselves and is an entrance to meditation. (4 weeks series May-June)
