Fall Registration is open, take care of you and therefore those around you by committing to a steady yoga practice. This season brings some new offerings such as Yin Yoga at the Thompson Community Centre on Thursdays 9:30am-10:30am. Core Yoga on Mondays 10:30am-11:30am at the Richmond Arts Centre.
