Ayurveda is an ancient Indian holistic healing system that can lead you to balance. Delve deeply into your body through carefully crafted seasonal yoga routines to connect with nature in harmony. Pranayama (breath work), meditation, and yoga asana(postures) will be incorporated in the sessions. Ayurvedic lifestyle techniques will be introduced to enhance your self care home practice carrying you to a brand new year.
