Yes! More Sweetness with Hirdaya visiting and some class changes at YYOGA. I’ve dropped my public classes at YYOGA from 10 to 6 per week this year to honour my rhythm, more time to honour what lights me up! Specifically, I’ve joined the local pottery club!
