Tuesdays: Hatha 10:30am-11:30am
Wednesday: Yin/Yang 9:30am-10:30am: Nourishing practice that incorporates a balance of active Hatha Yoga postures to warm the body through intelligent and slow movement. This is followed by longer holds in the poses to relax and restore the body.
Friday: Slow FLow 10:30am-11:30am: A low intensity sequence of postures that flow slowly from one posture to the next to build strength, balance, and flexibility. The perfect way to stretch out the body while developing optimal core stability
Saturday: Slow Flow 4:30pm-5:30pm: A low intensity sequence of postures that flow slowly from one posture to the next to build strength, balance, and flexibility. The perfect way to stretch out the body while developing optimal core stability / Wind down deep stretch 6:00pm-7:00pm: This slow practice emphasizes a balance of postural alignment to deeply stretch and strengthen your body with gentle transitions and long holds. The perfect way to relax and unwind.
